I am a licensed professional counselor with a background in school-based mental health and trauma-informed care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting youth and young adults who have faced significant life challenges, including those navigating complex family dynamics, emotional distress, and systemic barriers. My work has centered on helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and reconnect with their inner strength.
